• Can it be used with essential oils?

• Does it require a filter?

  No, it doesn’t need any consumables.

• Why is there no mist output?

  Please be advised that the machine needs 20 to 40 minutes to heat the water, after which warm mist will be emitted.

• How often does it need to be cleaned?

  For better performance, we recommend cleaning at least once a week. If needed, descale the tank with citric acid or vinegar. Using the auto-clean mode makes this even more effective.

• Does it have an automatic shut-off feature?

  Yes. This humidifier automatically shuts off in three situations: when the unit tips over 45 degrees, when the water tank is empty (red indicator light will be on), or when the top cover is opened.
